Vintage Delft Blue & White MARYLAND Jar with Lid 9"

Description

You are bidding on a beautiful, vintage jar with lid made in Holland by Delft.
The jar measures 9" tall (with lid on , 8" without lid) x 5 1/2" wide.
The intricate blue Delft workmanship is really evident with this jar.  "MARYLAND" is in the center of flowers and fern topped with a crown at the top and a native figure holding a tall parasol on the left side.
The lid has a eight pointed star design with the top of the knob painted blue.
The Delft logo and "MADE IN HOLLAND" are painted on the bottom.
The jar is PERFECT - no chips, cracks, or crazing, and comes from my personal, smoke free collection
