Here is an fine hand painted Metropolitan Museum of Art Reproduction of an 18th century English Lambeth Delft book flask
Glazed in blue, white and yellow.
The inscription is "THE GIFT IS SMALL. GOOD WILL IS ALL".
Book flasks were a popular gift item in the 17th and 18th century.
