    This is a Antique Porcelain and Metal Hand Painted Blue and White Windmill Serving Tray.  It is approx. 9 1/4" in diameter.  The porcelain is in very nice condition.  The metal has some wear and tarnish.  There are three small soldier marks on the bottom that make me think it had metal feet at one time and the came off.  Please, refer carefully to the photo / photos for the exact condition of this item.
